Strength, core and mobility classes for all levels

Classes are taught in 6-week sessions and require a 6-week commitment.
THE STUDIO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR SUMMER BREAK!

We are on Summer Break – on the water, in the mountains – playing outside as much as possible. We hope that you are doing the same!

The next session starts SEPTEMBER 5th. If you would like to be added to the list for class sign-ups, please contact us.

Local Run Group

Every Fall and Spring we offer group training at the local Cumberland, ME track.

We aim to connect local runners by providing a structured run workout for runners of any level. Each workout includes a warmup, an interval set and a short cool down. Workouts are customized to one’s ability so that both experienced and new runners can participate equally.

Run Group Fall 2022 will begin September 14th and go through November 2nd.

Listed below are the group classes held in our local Studio here in Cumberland, Maine. These classes are open to all at a cost of $90 per 6-week session.  To be added to the list for class availability, contact sarah@thesustainableathlete.com.

Mondays: 6am & 5pm
Tuesdays: 8am
Wednesdays: 8am & 5pm
Thursdays: 8am

Also offered are private, 4-week sessions for groups of up to 5 people. These can be booked by contacting sarah@thesustainableathlete.com.
