Strength, core and mobility classes for all levels

Classes are taught in 6-week sessions and require a 6-week commitment. Next session will begin October 15th, 2024. If you are interested in joining a class in the fall, please contact sarah@thesustainableathlete.com.

CLASS SCHEDULE: Strength, Core & Mobility 

Listed below are the group classes held in our local Studio in Cumberland, Maine. These classes are open to all at a cost of $108 per 6-week session.  To be added to the list for class availability, contact sarah@thesustainableathlete.com.

Mondays: 6am, 8am & 5pm
Tuesdays: 8am
Wednesdays: 6:30am, 8am & 5pm
Thursdays: 8am

Also offered are private, 4-week sessions for groups of friends. These can be booked by contacting sarah@thesustainableathlete.com.

    Local Run Group

    Next Run Group Session: September 11th – October 30th, 2024

    Every Fall and Spring we offer group training at the local Cumberland, ME track.

    We aim to connect local runners by providing a structured run workout for runners of any level. Each workout includes a warmup, an interval set and a short cool down. Workouts are customized to one’s ability so that both experienced and new runners can participate equally.
