Strength, core and mobility classes for all levels

Classes are taught in 6-week sessions and require a 6-week commitment. Next session will begin Monday, January 23rd

CLASS SCHEDULE: Strength, Core & Mobility 

Listed below are the group classes held in our local Studio here in Cumberland, Maine. These classes are open to all at a cost of $90 per 6-week session.  To be added to the list for class availability, contact sarah@thesustainableathlete.com.

Mondays: 6am & 5pm
Tuesdays: 8am
Wednesdays: 6:30am, 8am & 5pm
Thursdays: 8am

Also offered are private, 4-week sessions for groups of friends. These can be booked by contacting sarah@thesustainableathlete.com.

    Local Run Group

    April 28th – June 14th

    Every Fall and Spring we offer group training at the local Cumberland, ME track.

    We aim to connect local runners by providing a structured run workout for runners of any level. Each workout includes a warmup, an interval set and a short cool down. Workouts are customized to one’s ability so that both experienced and new runners can participate equally.

    Run Group Fall 2022 has wrapped up. Look for us in April, 2023 for our 8-week Spring session.
