Strength, core and mobility classes for all levels

Classes require a 6-week commitment. Drop-ins can take place only in classes that are not filled to capacity. Capacity during COVID remains at the low number of 5 people. See below for the current schedule and click on a class for class description.

Group Runs – Speed Workouts

Every Fall and Spring we offer group training at the local track.

We aim to provide a structure for speed work for runners of any level. Each workout includes a warmup, an interval set and a short cool down. Workouts are customized to one’s ability so that both experienced and new runners can participate equally.

Run Group Spring 2021 is an 8-week session:

  • Wednesdays, April 28th – June 16th, 5:30am-6:20am
  • Greely High School Track, Cumberland Maine
  • $85
