CLASS SCHEDULE: Strength, Core & Mobility
Listed below are the group classes held in our local Studio here in Cumberland, Maine. These classes are open to all at a cost of $90 per 6-week session. To be added to the list for class availability, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mondays: 6am & 5pm
Wednesdays: 6:30am, 8am & 5pm
Also offered are private, 4-week sessions for groups of friends. These can be booked by contacting email@example.com.
Local Run Group
Next Run Group Session: April 24th – May 12th, 2024
Every Fall and Spring we offer group training at the local Cumberland, ME track.
We aim to connect local runners by providing a structured run workout for runners of any level. Each workout includes a warmup, an interval set and a short cool down. Workouts are customized to one’s ability so that both experienced and new runners can participate equally.
