Gait Analysis

$75 / 1 hour

Your body deserves the right mechanics to absorb increases in intensity and volume without hampering performance.

We may think of running as our most natural form, but running is technical and if we ignore form we invite injury. By diving deep into run technique we develop short programs of run drills and strength work to build smooth and injury-free runners.

Track Run Group

Wednesdays, 5:30am April 28th-June 16th, $75

If you’re looking to fine-tune your speed for a summer race, aiming to break out of pace lock or just join others in their quest to push themselves a bit harder during their run, this early morning track session is for you. 

Each week The Sustainable Athlete coaches offer a custom speed workout that can be executed at your own pace, amongst friends. 

 This 8-week session meets at the Greely Track in Cumberland, ME on Wednesdays, 5:30am-6:20am.
