Using bodyweight, bands, balls, DBs, KBs & TRX we will work all muscles in all three movement planes and with varying intensity. With a focus on foundational training we build from the base up to prep the body for strength in all aspects of life.
All exercises can be modified to meet you and to challenge you at your current fitness level.
All classes are 50 min. in length.
